Co-living space in Luxemburg

Project:
Livingstone III is a high-end co-living residential complex in Luxembourg designed for international professionals. The development combines private apartments with shared living spaces to encourage both privacy and social interaction.

Concept:
The design focuses on creating a calm, functional environment suited for both short- and long-term stays. The aim was to achieve visual clarity and comfort through simplicity, balanced proportions, and thoughtful material use.

Approach:
The apartment is organized as a compact yet efficient layout, integrating a sleeping area, workspace, storage, and a private bathroom.
Mirrored surfaces are strategically used to visually expand the space and enhance light distribution.
A restrained material palette, clean lines, and built-in solutions create a cohesive and uncluttered environment tailored to modern urban living.
