Co-living space in Luxemburg

Made in cooperation with Design Studio Icon.

This project involved designing a typical apartment within a co-living space in Livingstone III, a high-end residential complex in Luxembourg. Each floor hosts several identical units, tailored for professionals from around the world who come to the city for work or study—some for just a few days, others for up to a year.
The concept of Livingstone III is more than just housing—it's about creating a community. Each floor includes two shared living rooms with kitchens where residents can connect, collaborate, and unwind together. At the same time, each individual apartment offers a private retreat, fully equipped with a sleeping area, work desk, mini fridge, storage space, and a private bathroom.
The main design goal was to create a calm, comfortable space where residents can relax and recharge after a busy day—simple, functional, and thoughtfully put together for modern living.
