Technical layouts for Livingstone III

This project was made in cooperation with Icon Design Studio.

This project is part of Livingstone III, a five-story high-end residential complex designed for co-living in Luxembourg. Each floor includes several identical apartments and two shared living rooms with kitchens—spaces meant to encourage connection among international professionals coming to the city for work or study. Residents might stay for a few days or several months, and the shared areas are designed to foster meaningful interactions and future collaborations.
My role in the project was to produce detailed technical drawings for one of the shared living rooms. All plans were developed in AutoCAD and delivered in both French and English to meet the project's bilingual requirements.
