The dining area inside a small hotel complex

This project is part of a series of small all-season sports and recreation buildings spread across the territory in Kirovsk, Murmansk region. Each structure is designed with a modern, eco-friendly approach, using natural materials and a restrained, understated aesthetic that reflects the surrounding landscape. Panoramic windows visually connect the interiors with the mountain scenery, allowing guests to enjoy the views throughout the year.

Within this project, I designed the café’s dining area, focusing on a stylish yet calm and unobtrusive atmosphere that doesn’t compete with the dramatic landscape outside. Clean lines, natural textures, and a contemporary, welcoming feel create a space where the panoramic windows — and the nature beyond them — naturally become the main focal point. It’s a comfortable spot for guests to pause, relax, and take in the mountain setting.
