The project presented many challenges: developing a competent redesign, taking into account the building's status as an architectural landmark implementing the technical aspects of water and sewer systems (the apartment previously lacked a full kitchen, and the complex geometry of the room in which it was intended left much to be desired) expertly "playing" with the proportions of all the rooms, as the finished ceiling height is 4000 mm, and the room areas vary from 5.3 to 41.8 sq. m. "marrying" the clients' existing furniture and decor with the chosen style and new interior design.
